ws into pipe because of adapting one pipe in two fuel dispensers or other leakage. Bottom valve in tank or single valve in pipeline is stuck and damaged, no oil into pump. Oil level is lower than bottom valve or suction nadir. Counter at beginning of operation Due to long and much soft, hose tends to bulge under a certain pressure. Transducer will count as bulging pressure out of certain scope. This trouble can’t be solved through shorten or replace hose. As leakage in bottom valve or pipe, oil flow back into tank between operation interval because of lower oil level in vapor separator and pump. Air in transducer drives to count as next time refueling. The longer interval time the more data jump. Inspect and solve pipeline leakage of oil and air. Unstable flow rate makes large tolerance; air leakage in bottom valve and pipe oil level low than bottom valve bring about much air flow into fuel dispenser. Article III Important notices to dispenser’s maintenance Due to fuel dispenser located in flammable and combustible location, operator should pay much attentions to security preventing accident occur on human and equipment, and strictly abide by the following general requirements: Smoking and open flame is strictly prohibited in filling station in case lead to fire. Maintainer should, in accordance with safety regulations in filing station, not wear shoes with metal nail and chemical fiber easy to generate static. Cut power supply prior to maintain fuel dispenser; pick down V belt then empty oil filled in part where need to be done. Pour oil into container in case of splash out. Repairing tools should be explosion-proof, prohibiting randomly throw in case of generating spark and accident. Pay much attention not to the joint surfaces of seal and metal parts, which would lead to leakage. All fuel dispenser components and fuel dispenser sections should be cleaned so to prevent giblets or waste destroying parts. Carefully inspect wire connection after maintaining electric equipment, abstaining new trouble. fuel dispenser

the country. Businessmen shook harder than most, as the frigid weather again played havoc with Britain s volatile natural gas markets. Prices climbed from 59p per therm ($1.02) on March 10th to touch 255p on March 14th, before falling back a bit. That beat the previous record of 165p, which looked bad enough last November. Making moods worse this time was the first-ever “balancing alertissued by National Grid, the company that runs the gas network. On March 13th the firm warned that tight supplies meant big industrial users might face cut-offs. The Confederation of British Industry, whose warning of a winter supply crunch was dismissed by the government in November, said that firms might have to cut production. Why are British gas prices so high? The effects of the cold snap were compounded by a fire last month that knocked out Rough, Britain s only big gas storage facility. A depleted North Sea field, Rough provides around three-quarters of Britain s limited gas storage which, at just 13 days supply, is already far less than the several weeks supply that the rest of Europe stores up. But there are more fundamental reasons. The decline of the North Sea (see article) means that domestic production no longer always meets demand. Because that has long been forecast, new import facilities are being built, including a pipeline to Norway and two new Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) terminals. But the transition to imported supplies is happening faster than most expected. Much of the new infrastructure will not be ready for another year or two. Once it is, says the government, the supply crunch will abate. Will it? The import facilities that do exist—including a newly-upgraded pipeline to Belgium and a new LNG terminal on the south-east coast—have not lived up to expectations. The pipeline often runs half- fuel dispenser empty, despite fuel dispenser the high prices, and few ships dock at the terminal. Ministers blame European markets, which, despite a 2003 EU directive requiring them to open up, remain opaque a fuel dispenser
